June Quick Page Challenge

Liz has the pleasure of hosting the quick page challenge for you all this month and we have 2 fantastic designers and wonderful kits to play with at half price for the duration of the challenge which is from the 1st of June to Wednesday the 30th.

What's All the Scrap About has given us her very fun and funky A Rumble in the Jungle kit perfect that little boy or girl and zoo pics too. 

Oh and then we have Gentle Waves kit by Dragons Lair Designs which is rich in greens and blues and is soothing and natural perfect for holiday pics and beach outings. Two such gorgeous kits to play with and you have the whole month too!!

A Rumble in the Jungle by What's All the Scrap About

We will start this challenge on Tuesday the 1st and run for 4 and a bit weeks until
Wednesday 30th of June.

Rumble in the Jungle has 29 amazing elements and 19 fantastic papers and for you guys
it will be half price in the store!! Gentle Waves has 12 papers and 23 elements for you to
play with and it is also half price in the store!! WOW and WOW!!

To participate please go and purchase the kit from the store (see linkies above) and create at least
A: two 4" x 6" Brag Book Page (BBP)
B: and/or one 12" x 12" Quick Page (QP)

May 2010 Scraplift Challenge

Here we go Mays challenge, my eldest baby is 18 this month where do the years go .... Anyway on with the challenge lol  I hope you will play along this month.

April 2010 Scraplift with a Twist Challenge

I cant belive it's April already where is the year going, and to think it is supost to be British Summertime we have snow Brrrrrrrr lets hope the weather picks up soon, there were some great layouts last month I hope you will play along this month.

Here is this month challenge.

This month i choose a nice summery layout by JKX3 use the layout as a guide but flip it, turn it, alter it in some way. I cant wait to see what you come up with.

Each reward point is worth 5 cents in our KJOI store!!!
So for every Challenge you participate in - you will get 5 Reward Points (25 cents).

For every challenge that you use a KJOIs Designer's kit - you will get an additional 5 Reward Points for a total of 10 (50 cents).

Layout Contest

It's time to dig out those photos that you all have hidden in the back of your dresser drawers, photo boxes, photo albums, and on those forgotten folders on your computer. We have a great fun contest for you to use those photos. And don't worry if you don't have any of those unwanted photos you can make your own with a little photo editing take one of your photos and turn it into a work of not so good art
The contest is going to run for a month, from March 17th to April 17th to give you plenty of time for you to get your layouts done.

We will have five categories
The Funniest Layout
The Strangest Layout
The Ugliest Layout
The Best Altered Photo Layout
The Wackiest Animal Layout

There are prizes for each category for the 1st and 2nd place winners and one for an overall winner of the contest.

March 2010 Scraplift with a Twist Challenge

I am taking over the Scraplift Challenge at KJoi Studio's I am so excited to be able to showcase some of the fantastic layouts in there gallery, my first choice is this adorable clustered layout by Cooper_Man_2 you can visit her gallery and check out some of her work HERE or click HERE to go straight to it and leave some love.

Friday Night Designer Chat's this is a special meet and greet with our fabulous designers where you can get to know them better, ask them uncomfortable questions, pester them for freebies and have an all round enjoyable time. This will be starting on the 5th of March

This alternates every 2nd Friday with the Speed Scrap hosted again by Stinky (Sande of SandEz Creationz) and the Lizard (Liz of Lizard Dau Designs). There will be a thread in the forums to indicate the dates and which designers will be our guest as well as which weeks the Speed Scrap is to be scheduled.

And if thats enough there is MORE .......

March brings us a NEW Layout Contest called I Can't Believe You Scrapped That!!    Think about the Funniest Home Videos but with Digital Scrapbooking, and you have the idea for this contest.

The contest is starting on March the 17th through to April the 17th. I cannot give you any more details until things are finalised but guys go and grab all those funnneee shots ready for the contest cause it is going to be an absolute blast!!! Oh not to mention all the fantastic prizes we are busily collecting just for you to win!!  So I will keep you posted as to what is happening in the newsletter from now on and let you know the details really soon. I promise!!

March the 6th. It starts at the K-Joi Blog and goes from there!! The theme is Mothers Day but all of the sample kits are Commercial Use friendly.
